Prices in the original currency are applied. Diverge from the conditions is only guilty if both parties have signed a special contract concerning this.

Applicability

These purchasing conditions are applicable in case Swedish or any other law provides conditions that are in conflicts with these. For private consumers the “consumer purchases act” is reigning and that’s also involves protection for Black Book. For more information hereof visit the Swedish Consumer Agency website, www.kov.se.

Method of Payment

Card Payment

VAT is included in all prices; freight expense is added in following cases

Card payment is done over the internet. We use Certitrades payment system (www.certitrade.net) which renders possible payment with Visa, MasterCard and Diners. 

At sale with bank-/credit card the conditions go into force as soon as the card transaction has been confirmed. No extra fee is added.

At delayed payment delay interest is charged with 2% each month from payment day. Black Book reserves themselves for eventual change of price, incorrect prices and final sale. When such is obviously incorrect, it may force Black Book to annul the purchase and reimburse eventual sums in best way possible. This can be made anytime during the affair when errors are discovered.

Invoice payment

In cooperation with Svea Ekonomi AB we offer payment against a 10-day invoice. When you chose to pay against invoice a credit report is taken on your social security number. To make your purchase as safe as possible we only deliver to (nationally) registered address. At delayed payment delay interest is charged with 2% each month from payment day. At reminder statutory reminder fee of 50 SEK is added.  Non-payed invoices are managed by Svea Ekonomi AB. At order against invoice the orderer at least 18 years old and (nationally) registered in Sweden.

Payment through Internet bank

Payment is safely and easily done with Payson. With Payson you can use both charge card and internet bank or earlier “on deposit” funds. If you don’t have a Payson account, a transaction can be made through Payson in a matter of seconds. Payson work together with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks who offer direct payment, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea. Payson have high demands on security and are PCI-certificated by Trustwave who is an international organization for safe e-trade. All traffic is encrypted with SSL 128 bits.
